These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Emporalis platform, covering the ordering, purchase, fulfillment, and delivery of products in Australia.

1.2 We, Us, or Our refers to Emporalis, while You or Your refers to the person using the website and accepting these terms.

2. Legal Capacity

If you are under 18, you cannot place orders on Emporalis. By placing an order, you confirm you are over 18 years old.

3. Website Use

3.1 You must ensure that your access and use of the website are lawful and not prohibited by applicable laws.

3.2 You are responsible for protecting your system from viruses and any other threats when accessing our website.

3.3 Emporalis is not responsible for links to third-party websites and has no control over their privacy practices or content.

4. Product Pricing and Availability

4.1 Prices displayed on Emporalis are subject to change without notice. The price of a product cannot be altered once an order is confirmed, except in cases of error.

4.2 All prices exclude shipping costs, which will be calculated separately and added to your total during checkout.

4.3 We aim to display accurate product specifications and descriptions. However, weights, dimensions, and images are approximate.

5. Orders

5.1 Orders are placed by following instructions on the Emporalis website, and are confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.

5.2 We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to shipment. If your order is canceled, you will be notified and fully refunded.

5.3 You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and delivery addresses.

6. Payments

6.1 Payments for orders are processed immediately through our secure payment gateway, eWay.

6.2 If your payment method triggers our fraud detection system, we may contact you for further details before completing your order.

6.3 Any errors in pricing will be corrected before shipment. If the price increases, we will notify you to confirm whether you still want the product. If the price decreases, you will be charged the lower amount.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Emporalis delivers only within Australia. We aim for prompt delivery, but external factors may cause delays, for which we are not liable.

7.2 We do not ship to PO boxes. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

7.3 If you provide an incorrect delivery address, you may be charged additional redelivery fees.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Products that are faulty or damaged on arrival will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8.2 Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns unless explicitly stated.

9. User Conduct

When interacting with other users on Emporalis (e.g., through posts or messages), you must adhere to community guidelines. Abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension or termination.
